From feed mill to pet store distributors!
Long before becoming a distributor for pet stores, veterinary clinics, breeders and grooming salons, Yamas was born from the vision of a single man in his small feed mill in Victoriaville over three decades ago. At the time, Michel Trottier specialized in processing grain to feed chickens, cows, and horses.
Quickly recognized for his excellent customer service by retailers, the founder of Yamas had to expand his premises to meet growing demand, moving the company to a warehouse in Saint-Hyacinthe.
For these pet store distributors, a passion for customer service, and the desire to always exceed their customers’ expectations, have remained the founding values of Yamas—earning the company the respect and trust of its many partners such as Royal Canin, Valens, Eukanuba, and many others.
